Damage Products or Order errors: 

In the event that your products arrives damaged or if we have made a mistake in the fulfillment of your order, we will gladly replace the damaged products or re-ship you the correct products. Please advise us via email @iluvurskin@gmail.com within 3 days. If you are reporting a damaged, leaking, or in any way defective product, kindly include a picture of the damaged product and packaging.

We will email you if we discover a payment problem when we process your order. If we are not able to reach you within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We do mot store credit information so we are not able to add additional items to an existing order.

Sometimes a product it available at the time you place your order, but then becomes out-of-stock by the time your order is received. We will notify you in this rare case.

Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier and passed directly on to you. We do not add any handling or administrative fee to the shipping costs. What you pay is exactly what we pay to carriers.

We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if your package is delivered when you are not home. Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling charges that incurred if a package is refused or returned because no one was able to accept it. Customers are also responsible for paying a reship fee if a shipping address is entered incorrectly.

We do offer bulk pricing for large orders (orders totaling over $2,000) Please contact our customer servicer team at iluvurskin@gmail.com for more information. 

Orders placed online are generally 3-5 days before shipping products are made when order is placed with fresh produce and then 3-6 days business days products are shipped. Telephone orders may take longer to process and ship.  Please consider our processing time when selecting your shipment method, as quoted shipment time is the time it  takes after the package leaves our warehouse. 

International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees that a shipment may incur. We are not able to determine the amount of these fees before shipping to you. Any shipment returned to us due to rejection by customs will not be refunded. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import restrictions/requirements prior to placing your order.

If you order any custom package that requires a choice of scent and you do not specify the scents that you'd like, we will contact you by email and telephone. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of our communication, we will substitute best sellers.

Our products have a shelf life of 12-24 months unopened. There is no need to refrigerate, but they should be kept in a dry place away from exposure to excessive heat. Once the products are open we recommend you use them up within 6-8 weeks for best results.

You can keep your opened products in the shower, but you want to avoid getting any water in the products as it will dissolve the sugar. Unopened products should be stored in a cool, dry place, and should not be exposed to excessive heat.

To choose a body product: All of the body products are interchangeable and equally effective, so choose whichever scent most appeals to you. That being said, there is a different between the products with emu oil and without. Emu oils adds an extra boost of moisturization and is recommended for anyone with skin like eczema or psoriasis or very dry skin, so if you meet one of these criteria, you'll want to choose a product with emu oil.

To choose a facial product: The facial products are all formulated for a certain skin type or to address a certain skin condition, so you'll want to choose your facial based on your skin type. See below for which products are recommended for which skin types. As with the body products, they both come with and without emu oil, and we recommend the emu oil anyone with dry or very sensitive skin.

Avocado: Very dry skin (this is the most moisturizing product in the entire line) mature skin.

Cucumber: Dry to normal skin, puffiness

Green Tea: All skin types, aging, acne prone skin

Pomergrante: All skin types, aging, acne prone skin

Blueberries: All skin types, aging, acne prone skin

Kiwi Berry: All skin types, wards off moles and warts
